PRO CON
Great athletic ability that translated into becoming a strong contested catch player. Joly has an expansive route tree paired with enough speed to get past second level defenders. Finds ways to make himself available. Joly is slightly smaller for the position. Doesn’t get low enough at times on blocks, which allows defenders to beat him. Play strength could use growth. Struggled against higher competition in 2025.

OVERVIEW: After an explosive 2024 season, Joly's final year with the Wolfpack saw five less yards per catch, but he was able to get into the end zone a career-high seven times. Joly has great athletic traits that allow him to climb the ladder and make contested catches despite being a tad undersized. He can run a lot of different routes and still can grow into doing more. Joly also has the ability to excel against second-level defenders and has a knack for getting open when the quarterback needs an emergency option.
