| Roush is tall, heavy and powerful at the line of scrimmage. In fact, he’s one of, if not the best in-line blocking tight end in the class. Strong at the point of attack and will carve room for backs in the run game. Has increased receiving production year by year. | Roush has shown improvement as a receiver but still deals with drop struggles at times and is limited in strengths. Not the twitchiest nor quickest player to separate and make moves in the open field after the catch. |
OVERVIEW: Roush is a force up front who can essentially serve as a sixth offensive lineman for NFL offenses, and with some development, he has the ability to slip out late and pick up yards as a receiver. Still growing as a pass catcher but has improved year over year in yardage. He's more athletic than most his size, but Roush doesn't have top-end speed nor shiftiness to blow past many defenders or make defenders miss in open space. Still, he'll be a plus player in the run blocking game.
