PRO CON
Versatile wide receiver with positives in every area. Size, speed, release, catch radius, route running and ball tracking are all NFL ready. Not afraid of contact and running in-breaking routes. Good hands in traffic. Jack of all trades, master of none. There isn’t one element of his game that could be considered the best in the class. He’s prone to getting knocked off his spot at the line. Not very elusive after the catch.

OVERVIEW: It could be argued that there's not a more unique blend of speed and physicality in this wide receiver class than Bell. The nation really began to take notice of his impressive skill set during a three-game stretch to open ACC conference play. Against Pittsburgh, Virginia and Miami, Bell tallied three-straight ACC Receiver of the Week performances with at least nine receptions, 135 yards and a score in each. Bell could really set himself apart by mastering two or three of his many talents, making him an immediate Pro Bowl-caliber player.
