TE Bennett Provides More Bulletin Board Material For Cowboys

Martellus Bennett is still in the league, and here's how you know: The former Cowboys tight end had some attention-grabbing comments to the media in New York.

This time, they concerned his ex-teammates.

"I just want to kick those guys' asses," Bennett said, per the New York Daily News (via NFL.com). "I don't like a lot of people. I'm kind of an a—hole . . . I'm kind of pissed off about a lot."

Already this offseason, Bennett seemed to take a veiled shot at Tony Romo, suggesting that his former quarterback played favorites.

It's hard to say just yet whether the tight end will be the Cowboys' version of the Trojan Horse in that New York locker room, but one thing is certain: With Brandon Jacobs now gone, Dallas fans will have a new Giant to loathe.

The Cowboys will open the season in the Meadowlands on Sept. 5.
