The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are arguably the most recognized cheerleaders in the world. Made up of an elite group of talented dancers, the DCC are internatinoally acclaimed and perform not only at Dallas Cowboys home games, but at events across the country and the world.

WFAA's Dale Hansen sat down with Kelli Finglass, director of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, to talk about her life and career. In this in-depth interview, Kelli talks about her Texas roots, her own days as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader, and everything in between.

The glamour of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders is admired by many, but becoming a DCC can be a grueling processk. Kelli talks about how it all started, the auditions, and building the team of America's Sweethearts.
