  • Rookie defensive tackle Josh Brent, who broke his right hand back in July, but has been wearing a supportive cast, is now wearing a new cast that has been shaved down to the wrist area, allowing him more flexibility with his hand to grip. * Wade Phillips said Dez Bryant is one of "four or five" candidates to return kickoffs this week. Bryant, along with Felix Jones, Akwasi Owusu-Ansah and Kevin Ogeltree, has been working in practice.
