IRVING, Texas – Josh Brent's bond won't be revoked after the defensive tackle, who was arrested on charges of intoxicated manslaughter in December, took part in a bond hearing Friday.

Not much changes for Brent, who remains on bond and out of jail, after prosecutors alleged he had violated terms of his bail by setting off his ankle alcohol monitoring device and failing to download necessary data from the device. The bond won't be increased either, but there will be additional monitoring.

The new arrangement will reportedly call for an ankle monitor to randomly sample him and take a picture of his environment at that time.

Brent is still awaiting trial after the death of former Cowboys player Jerry Brown, who was in the car when Brent crashed on Dec. 8.
