Until a new deal is done between the Dallas Cowboys and Dak Prescott, and until it's known what Trey Lance can truly be, questions on possibly using a draft pick at QB will remain.

There is an old adage that games are won and lost at the line of scrimmage. If that is true (and I believe it is) then why not invest more resources on the lines verses the skill players? 

While a tight end isn't necessarily a draft need, we take a look at a player in the position group that could make sense for each of Dallas' seven draft selections.

For three years, Chauncey Golston has played both defensive end and tackle. While his position remains unclear, the Cowboys lost two players each at those spots, opening the door for Golston.
