Actually, the officials missed the call and Spencer wasn't flagged for a penalty. * The Cowboys are just 1-1 in their all-time series against the Texans, losing the inaugural game of the Houston franchise, 19-10, in the 2002 opener. The Cowboys beat the Texans 34-6 at Texas Stadium in 2006, in the only other regular-season meeting between the teams.
