FRISCO, Texas – The Cowboys are impressively healthy heading into the playoffs, if their practice participation is any indicator.

The team returned to work on Tuesday morning to begin preparations for Saturday's wildcard game against Seattle. When they hit the practice field, their only two absences were David Irving and Xavier Su'a-Filo.

Su'a-Filo is the name to watch in this scenario. The veteran guard injured his ankle and exited Sunday's win against the Giants. Su'a-Filo has been dealing with a variety of issues this season. This is the second time he has injured the ankle, and he also suffered an eye injury in the Dec. 16 loss to Indianapolis.

Tyrone Crawford returned to practice Wednesday, just nine days after suffering a scary neck injury against Tampa Bay. Crawford will likely be listed as a limited participant, but it's still an impressive turnaround for a guy who needed to be taken to the hospital for evaluation.
