The Cowboys added wide receiver Shaquelle Evans to the practice squad on Wednesday.
Evans, a fourth-round pick of the Jets in 2014, has spent the last three years with three different teams.
Evans was recently with the Patriots for a brief stint on their practice squad and spent the previous season with the Jaguars in a similar role.
A standout at UCLA, Evans (6-1, 205) has yet to play in an NFL game.
He joins Andy Jones now as one of two receivers on the Cowboys practice squad. The team has five receivers on the 53-man roster.
