The Dallas Cowboys Women's Association has teamed up with TITLE Boxing Club DFW to host an EMPOWER HOUR on Wednesday, June 25 from 4:00-5:00 PM at the chain's Plano-Windhaven location. The one-hour charity exercise class, based off of TITLE's signature 1,000-calorie-burning Power Hour workout, will feature celebrity Dallas Cowboys guests – including Brandon Carr, James Hanna, Orie Lemon, Cole Beasley, Lance Dunbar and others – gloving up for a good cause.

Class participants will work out side-by-side with Dallas Cowboys players and mascot Rowdy during the one-hour cardio-intensive boxing class. They will also have access to a private meet and greet with the celebrity guests, receive TITLE Boxing swag, a signed event photo and much more. Additionally, patrons will have the opportunity to bid on unique boxing memorabilia in a silent auction provided by Causeffects.

TITLE Boxing Club members and the general public can reserve a spot in the class by making a $100 donation in person at the Plano club or by visiting www.DCWAEmpowerHour.eventbrite.com. Class space is limited, so participants are encouraged to register soon.

All proceeds from the charity exercise class will benefit The Gatehouse at Grapevine – a supportive community where women and children in crisis can discover a new path for permanent change. Set to open this fall, The Gatehouse will house up to 96 families and includes a community/conference center, in-neighborhood counseling centers, general store, walking trails and commercial space. The Gatehouse is unique by allowing members to stay up to 2 1/2 years depending on their individually tailored program.

"TITLE Boxing Club of Plano is honored to host the Empower Hour, benefiting The Gatehouse community for women and children seeking refuge from crisis situations," said Julie Menhart, owner of TITLE Boxing Club of North Dallas and Plano. "The opportunity to partner with the Dallas Cowboys Women's Association and help support their relationship with The Gatehouse was something my husband Bob and I felt passionate about. The Gatehouse will be a wonderful oasis to those in need and we plan to volunteer with their community once they are open."

The Dallas Cowboys Women's Association is a program of the Gene and Jerry Jones Family Foundation – the non-profit arm of the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. Comprised of players, coaches and front office executives wives and significant others, the Women's Association works year-round to raise awareness and support for causes that better the North Texas community and Cowboys fans everywhere.

TITLE Boxing Club is a fitness club with a punch, offering explosive total body boxing and kickboxing fitness workouts to help women and men burn up to 1,000 calories per hour in each group class. TITLE offers effective group exercise classes and personal training at 300 clubs nationwide – 14 of those in the DFW area.
