Notes: Jones Addresses Phillips' Future, Pacman

As expected, Phillips announced Brad Johnson would remain the team's holder on place kicks Sunday and said he's leaning toward making Johnson the active second quarterback ahead of Brooks Bollinger. Phillips had said activating all three quarterbacks was a possibility, but indicated he would need that extra spot with special teams regular Bobby Carpenter (groin) possibly out Sunday . . . Redskins running back Clinton Portis (knee) missed practice again Thursday and remains questionable for the game.
