Rookie Woes

!Sean Lee's quad strain injury has kept him out for over a week of training camp.

Throw in injuries to Sean Lissemore (groin) and seventh-round supplemental pick Josh Brent, who returned this week from a broken hand, and the Cowboys have been without five of their seven draft picks for most of this first week. 

Kudos to Jamar Wall and Sam Young. The two late-round draft choices are not only coming along, but they've just managed to stay healthy. 

If you think you've heard or read it all before, you have. The Cowboys' 2009 draft class was snake bitten by injuries with three players - Robert Brewster, Brandon Williams and Stephen Hodge - going to IR before the start of the season. Stephen McGee and Jason Williams pretty much had "redshirt" years and Manny Johnson went to the practice squad.
