Key stat: Try 202, as in a career-high 202 tackles in 2008, becoming only the second Cowboys players since tackles officially were tracked starting in 1979 to record 200 tackles in a season. The club record was set in 1989 by middle linebacker Eugene Lockhart at 222. This was the fourth consecutive year James has led the Cowboys in tackles.
