2024 NFL Draft Cornerback Prospects

The Cowboys might already have one of the best cornerback units in the NFL … or they might not. There are some concerning questions surrounding the position right now. Not among those, though, is DaRon Bland, who exploded on the scene with a record-setting season in 2023. But what of Jourdan Lewis? Re-signed as a free agent, will Father Time continue to creep up on Lewis? The veteran may have lost a step, but he still solid NFL corner. At least that’s the hope. And then there is Trevon Diggs. He missed all but two games last season due to a torn ACL. Will he be ready to go full steam? Or like others before him, is Diggs going to need time to get back to his old self? Beyond that, the cupboard could use some restocking, so while taking a cornerback in the draft may not be a top priority, the position still has some questions that need to be addressed.
