PRO CON
Booker possesses some of the lengthier traits at the position with his 6-foot-4.5-inch frame and 33 ⅞-inch arms, which allows him to break off the edge easily in pass-rush situations and set the edge in the run game. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a potential day two pick with as little experience as Booker (just 505 snaps in his career, including 486 in his final season). His lack of reps shows up against complex blocking schemes that flush him out of the run game at times.

OVERVIEW: Booker was way off the draft radar going into 2023, having only seen the field for 23 snaps before transferring to Kansas for his redshirt sophomore season last year. However, his 56 tackles, 12 tackles for loss and 8 sacks put him on the map – specifically a two-game run against Texas and BYU that saw him account for four tackles for loss and two sacks against potential future first-rounder Kelvin Banks Jr. and potential day two pick Kingsley Suamataia. His long, athletic frame has scouts intrigued with just how much Booker can unlock in his game at the next level.
