PRO CON
Big-time anchor as a 0-technique for the Aggies. Jackson stuffs the run with an explosive first punch and strong lower body. His base allows for early leverage and many times a mismatch for smaller centers. Good vision at the line, can maneuver off blockers. Jackson has significant trouble moving laterally and around defenders, forcing him to stay planted in a single gap. Inconsistent in hand placement against more skilled offensive linemen. Not going to contribute a ton of help in the pursuit game.

OVERVIEW: A four-star recruit out of Mississippi and a member of the 2020 All-SEC Freshman Team, Jackson brings plenty of tape against top talent to the table. After working into the rotation as a freshman and sophomore, his junior season was plagued with minor injuries and setbacks before playing all 12 games for the Aggies in 2023. Named a two-time team captain, Jackson emerged as a leader on the Texas A&M defense and backed it up with 27 tackles, 5.5 for loss and three sacks.
