It’s not very often you see a sub-4.5 runner with a 6-foot-3 frame. Daniels brings both, along with a strong arm and high football IQ. One element that will be overshadowed by his incredible athleticism is his sound decision making. Doesn’t really stay still. Relies on his ability to throw on the run and off his back foot. Both things that would be great in moderation, but instead it’s a key pillar of his fundamentals. Because of this, he rarely finishes his progressions.

OVERVIEW: While he'll be remembered for his 2023 Heisman Trophy season, Daniels really began to take over college football long before. His college career began with Arizona State in 2019 where he earned some Pac-12 recognition as one of the top freshmen in the conference. He took over as the starter in a shortened 2020 season and kept the job until transferring to LSU in 2022. His dual-threat ability has a chance to be special, especially if he continues to take a step forward like he did during his time in Baton Rouge.
