PRO CON
A calm and precise defensive back that played in various roles for Georgia’s secondary, Bullard brings high intelligence to the defensive backfield as well as versatility that can see him line up as a strong safety or as a big nickel at the NFL level. Bullard doesn’t have a lot of fluidity to his game, as he usually gets caught with his feet in the ground in man coverage and has trouble moving laterally across the field while tracking receivers. As a result, his slot ability at the next level could be a liability.

OVERVIEW: Originally a three-star prospect out of Baldwin High School in Milledgeville, Georgia, Bullard out-performed his projection coming out of high school to set himself as a potential day two pick in April's draft. His experience will be valued at the next level as he brings a background of 40 games with the Bulldogs, playing at nickel and both safety positions. In three seasons, Bullard accounted for 114 tackles, four interceptions and 12 pass breakups on his way to being an AP Second-Team All-SEC selection in 2023.
