PRO CON
He’s not your typical tight end, which leads him to not-so-typical versatility. Bell can line up in the slot or as an H-back option behind the offensive line. Brings a YAC element that makes him a weapon no matter the system. Bell is a little undersized for the position which leads to struggles in blocking and overall physicality. Never truly finds leverage as an in-line blocker and is instead focused on surviving. Has to find creative ways to block.

OVERVIEW: In the current era of the NFL, there are examples of smaller, more athletic tight ends having success and Bell could be next. His skill set isn't anything the league hasn't seen before. However, his production at Florida State led to All-ACC honors as one of the leading receivers for the Seminoles. It's very possible whoever selects him in April can find a way to utilize him in creative ways – both as a versatile wide receiver and as a not-so-versatile blocker. Bell is very much a developmental prospect who has some high upside.
