Speedsters like Franklin are even more dangerous when paired with legitimate length. Standing at 6-foot-2 and blazing a 4.41-second 40-yard dash, he’s a mismatch nightmare. Brings the ability to play outside and inside while being a threat at every level. Taking his frame into consideration, he is light on his feet and not very physical on the edge. Does what he can as a blocker, but without pure mass he’ll be limited in what he can do. Most of his true improvements can all be solved by adding some weight.

OVERVIEW: Pac-12 playmakers seem to be a theme of the 2024 NFL Draft and Franklin is a solid contributor to this. His wiry frame and blistering speed helped take the Oregon offense to the next level with Bo Nix at quarterback. After patiently waiting for the 2021 season, despite being a top receiver recruit out of high school, he finally found his footing late in his sophomore year and carried that momentum through 2023. His 15.5 yards per catch and 8 touchdowns led the Ducks as he put together an impressive season of film for scouts to enjoy.
