Ware Returns For Thursday's Practice

A day after getting rest for the back pain he experienced against New England, Cowboys outside linebacker DeMarcus Ware was back at practice on Thursday.

The seventh-year pro has never missed a game, and is expected to keep his 105-week streak alive against St. Louis on Sunday.

Missing practice again on Thursday were guard Derrick Dockery (knee), running back Felix Jones (ankle) and defensive end Jason Hatcher (calf).

Dockery, who would start at left guard if healthy, said earlier in the week that he hoped to return to play the Rams, but team doctors have apparently decided that time hasn't come.

There is a better possibility that Dockery and Hatcher could return next week, at Philadelphia.
