10_10_ Game Specs

FRISCO, Texas — For the third time in as many seasons, the Dallas Cowboys will travel to take on the Carolina Panthers, marking the fourth time the two have squared off against each other in the last five seasons. The former is also trying to extend a three-game win streak against the latter when things get underway at Bank of America Stadium, and you can believe Dak Prescott is ready and raring to go.

The All-Pro quarterback is once again playing at an MVP level, despite being without two All-Pro receivers in CeeDee Lamb and KaVonte Turpin, as well as four starting offensive linemen, in the convincing victory over the New York Jets — hoping to keep things cooking offensively against the Panthers.

WHEN AND WHERE:

Date: Sunday, Oct. 12
Time: Noon CT
Location: Bank of America Stadium (Charlotte, NC)

The defensive side of the ball came alive for Dallas against Gang Green, delivering a relentless pass rush that was atop the league in Week 5, but also one looking to get back to shutting down the run, and especially after hearing former Cowboys' running back Rico Dowdle tell them to buckle up.

Dowdle rushed for a career-high 206 yards with a touchdown against the Miami Dolphins last week, and he's basically threatening to run it up against his former team as well, though head coach Brian Schottenheimer played along by saying "we'll bring our seat belts", and those are namely Osa Odighizuwa, Solomon Thomas and three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Kenny Clark.

Something's gotta give in Charlotte, and it's almost time to find out what.
