Cowboys Sign DT Again; Release Two

It might be the players day off here on Tuesday, but it the personnel department is still working hard.

As Bill Parcells loved to say, the Cowboys are "churning" the bottom of the roster with a few moves.

The club signed defensive tackle Jimmy Saddler-McQueen, who was claimed off waivers after being cut by the Rams. Saddler-McQueen is actually making his third separate stint with the club after being in training camp last year and then a three-week stay late in the season when the Cowboys were decimated by injuries on the defensive line.

The Cowboys have waived wide receiver Jeff Moturi and defensive tackle Lawon Scott.

Expect the team to officially sign defensive end Jason Hatcher on Tuesday and could be adding yet another kicker to the mix as well.
