Elliott "Surprised And Disappointed" By Six-Game NFL Suspension

OXNARD, Calif. – Hours after the NFL announced Ezekiel Elliott's six-game suspension for violating the league's personal conduct policy, the Cowboys' second-year running back issued this statement on his official Twitter account:

Elliott is eligible to participate in preseason practices and games. Head coach Jason Garrett has not discussed playing time for his starters, so it's uncertain whether Elliott will play Saturday night at the L.A. Rams.
