Fans Can Vote To Reward Two Of Sunday's Standouts

IRVING, Texas – Rookie wide receiver Terrance Williams and quarterback Tony Romo have both been nominated for awards after their performances in Sunday's shootout against the Broncos.

Williams is nominated for NFL Rookie of the Week after catching four passes for 151 yards and a touchdown, while Romo is nominated for the FedEx Air Player of the Week after throwing for 506 six yards and five touchdowns.

Sunday's game marked the first time Williams eclipsed the 100-yard receiving mark in his short career, and his 82-yard catch and run for a touchdown marked his first career touchdown. He also added a reception for a two-point conversion in the fourth quarter.

Romo went toe-to-toe with Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning and tied his career-high with his five touchdown passes. Romo's 506 passing yards marked a career high and a franchise best, finishing with a 140.0 quarterback rating in the process.

Manning, Romo and Drew Brees are the quarterback nominees, while Jamaal Charles, Frank Gore and Knowshon Moreno are the running back nominees for the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week. Fans can vote for one player in each category at http://on.nfl.com/15XXevS until 2 p.m. Friday to determine the winner. 

Meanwhile, Williams joins Eddie Lacy, Tyrann Mathieu, Geno Smith and Zac Stacy as nominees for the Pepsi Next NFL Rookie of the Week for Week 5. Fans can vote for one of these five players at http://on.nfl.com/15T8n6C through Friday at 2 p.m. to determine the winner, which will be announced Friday on NFL Network and NFL.com.
