NFL Schedule To Be Released Tuesday

The NFL will announce the full 17-week regular-season schedule on Tuesday at 6 p.m. (CDT) once again on ESPN.

For the Cowboys, the season opener has already been announced, for they will play the defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants on a rare Wednesday night opener on Sept. 5 on NBC.

After that, it's all up for grabs – even the Thanksgiving Day game, which will be played against an NFC team with Fox doing the broadcast.

Expect at least three games on NBC's Sunday Night Football,* *and probably one on ESPN's *Monday Night Football * as well.

The Cowboys' eight home opponents are: NY Giants, Washington, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Tampa Bay, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Chicago.

The eight road games will be against: NY Giants, Washington, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Carolina, Cincinnati, Baltimore and Seattle.
