Romo Honored Again For Gritty Effort

IRVING, Texas --Two days after getting named NFC Offensive Player of the Week, Tony Romo won another weekly award -- the GMC Never Say Never Moment of the Week -- for his gritty comeback in last Sunday's 27-24 win over the 49ers.

Romo missed most of the third quarter with a fractured rib, but returned to rally the Cowboys from a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit.

He beat out Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and Bucs running back Le Garrette Blount, who each scored a last-minute touchdown last week.

It remains to be seen if Romo will lead the Cowboys in their home opener Monday night against Washington.
