As they head into year three together on the Cowboys, Brandon Aubrey, Bryan Anger and Trent Sieg have a bond that goes beyond football, and on Tuesday, it was on the golf course talking about new special teams coordinator Nick Sorensen, handling adversity, and more. 

The Cowboys are in the works of keeping some continuity in the kicking game for Brandon Aubrey by finalizing a contract extension with veteran long snapper Trent Sieg.

The Cowboys have all of their key pieces from a success special teams unit last year. But there are still plenty of question marks, especially with the new kickoff rule now in place.

While there are several other position groups for the Dallas Cowboys to be concerned with heading into the 2024 NFL Draft, their specialists are certainly not one of them.

The Cowboys will have a new kicker and long-snapper, as well as other new faces among the core of the special teams, making this a big overhaul in 2023.

After spending five seasons with the Raiders, Trent Sieg joins the Cowboys' special teams unit, bringing plenty of experience to the deep snapper role.
