FRISCO, Texas — Has your heart rate returned to normal yet? It was most assuredly beyond safe medical levels during the Dallas Cowboys' harrowing, and narrow, 40-37 victory in overtime against the New York Giants in what became an instant classic — a game you surely didn't miss, right?
Well, not if you keep up with the How To Watch series, you didn't.
Now comes their Week 3 trek to the Windy City, and to face an 0-2 team in the Bears who are desperate for their first victory of the Ben Johnson regime; and desperation often breeds unpredictability so the Cowboys will need to learn the hard lessons from allowing Russell Wilson to rack up nearly 500 yards in what was nearly an upset at AT&T Stadium only days prior.
That's because while Caleb Williams is young, and sacked often, he's also a unique talent with the ability to not only do damage with his legs, but to also make throws on the move that a human being shouldn't be capable of making.

The former first-round pick signed on with the Cowboys this week and could very well make his debut against the Bears to help Dallas hopefully contain, take down and rattle Williams. If Clowney and the other edge rushers can achieve that mission, the secondary (one still missing DaRon Bland) will have a much better chance of bouncing back this week.
It's no secret Johnson is familiar with Matt Eberflus though, from their time spent battling each other in the NFC North, but that's a coin that has two sides to it, and time will tell if it lands on heads or tails in Chicago.
If you missed last week's insanity, you shouldn't make the same mistake twice.
