FRISCO, Texas -- On Tuesday, practices for the 2026 Senior Bowl begin in Mobile, Alabama as draft prospects look to improve their stock in front of the eyes of NFL teams and scouts.

From prospects that could go on Day 1 to potential late round steals, the Cowboys will be able to get their eyes on plenty of prospects. They'll also get an up-close look with some of their coaching staff participating as coaches for each team in the Senior Bowl.

Cowboys secondary/cornerbacks coach David Overstreet II is the National team's defensive coordinator, and assistant DL coach Brian Bing and defensive assistant Tanzel Smart will coach the defensive line.

Let's take a look at some prospects to keep an eye on over the course of the week:

Colton Hood - CB, Tennessee

Hood, who played for his third different team in as many years (Auburn his first year, Colorado second), stepped up in the absence of his teammate and another top corner in this draft class, Jermod McCoy. He attacks in the run game well and can hold his own in press-man coverage, and has an opportunity to shoot up draft boards with a good performance in Mobile. Hood is good in press man at the line of scrimmage, but can sometimes get tripped up down the field, which will be something to keep an eye on in one-on-one drills this week, and something the Cowboys will certainly keep an eye on with a need at cornerback. - Tommy Yarrish

Dani Dennis-Sutton - DE, Penn State

The Senior Bowl has always been a place where dominant edge rushers can really improve their draft stock and make some money. There may not be a bigger opportunity for edge rushers than Dani Dennis-Sutton from Penn State. The imposing figure listed at 6-foot-5 and 268-pounds will take some of the reps thought to be headed towards Rueben Bain (Miami) and David Bailey (Texas Tech) that will not be doing on-field work.

While his on-field production never quite met his impressive stature, he'll have a chance to show off against key draft class counterparts. He is an edge rusher that attacks with a plan. Multiple pass rush moves; powerful hands, good bend, and overall strength allow him to win battles with technique and power. He could be a quick riser in Mobile this week. - Kyle Youmans

Jacob Rodriguez - LB, Texas Tech

Rodriguez was the heart and soul of Texas Tech's number one defense in college football. He's an experienced player who finished his last two seasons with a combined 255 tackles, six sacks, 10 forced fumbles and five interceptions. His instincts are evident on tape, and he has a knack for getting the ball out and forcing turnovers. The question going into the week is how he'll hold up athletically, but his production is certainly notable, and he could step in on day one for Dallas with so many questions at linebacker. - Tommy Yarrish

Davison Igbinosun - CB, Ohio State

One of the more under-the-radar secondary prospects in the NFL Draft may not be under-the-radar after this week. He is one of the most athletically gifted cornerbacks in the class and measured in with a prototypical 6-foot-2 and 192-pound frame. Most of his downfalls are technique centered and reversable with the right coaching or system.

Where Igbinosun will shine the most, is in the one-on-one drills against wide receivers. As one of the quickest cornerbacks in the draft, he'll have the chance to show off some long speed and the ability to stay with even the most agile pass catchers. Where he'll need to show improvement, is by making sure he stays disciplined at the line of scrimmage and avoid penalty flags. - Kyle Youmans

Romello Height, DE, Texas Tech

His counterpart David Bailey has gotten a lot of the high-first round pick love, and rightfully so, but Height had the best year of his career in Lubbock. Another prospect who was at different schools in each season (Auburn, USC, and then Georgia Tech), Height put up 10 sacks and two forced fumbles this season. Was it a product of attention directed at Bailey? Height has a chance to disprove that this week with a good showing. He's got long arms, something that the Cowboys have liked in their defensive ends in the past, and could very well be an option with one of their two first round picks. - Tommy Yarrish

Kamari Ramsey - S, USC

In a draft class where safeties will be a premiere pick on day two, it's crucial for some of the top prospects at the position to stand out among the rest. Kamari Ramsey has the chance to do that by checking a few boxes this week at the Senior Bowl. After spending two seasons with UCLA, Ramsey made the cross-town move to play for the Trojans over two years as a starter in the secondary.

Ramsey tallied 87 tackles, two sacks, and two interceptions in his two seasons with the program. He showed an ability to find the football with quick play recognition and the ability to play downhill. His fluid hips and change of direction are some of the best of the safety class. However, to separate himself from a group of Day Two safeties, he'll need to showcase an element of physicality in both the three practice sessions and the game this Saturday. - Kyle Youmans
