2:00 p.m. -- Fresh off his best game as a Cowboy, DE Jadeveon Clowney was working with director of rehabilitation Britt Brown on the resistance cords during the media viewing period of Sunday's practice.
It is not clear yet if Clowney, who was dealing with a neck injury that kept him limited in two of Dallas practices' leading into their game against the Chiefs on Thursday, is still dealing with the neck issue or a different injury.
The first injury report for the Cowboys ahead of their road game on Thursday against the Lions will come on Monday.

1:36 p.m. -- The Cowboys signed RB Israel Abanikanda to their practice squad on Sunday.
Abanikanda, 23, was a fifth-round pick out of Pitt by the New York Jets in 2023 where he appeared in six games and rushed for 70 yards on 22 carries. He was waived by New York in December of 2024, and since briefly spent time with the San Fransisco 49ers and most recently the practice squad of the Green Bay Packers.
After Malik Davis was signed to the active roster to be the second option at running back in recent weeks for the Cowboys, Dallas now has another running back on the practice squad in Abanikanda.

Nov. 28
2:30 p.m. -- After Jerry Jones said earlier on Friday morning that he expects CB Trevon Diggs to return from injured reserve before Dallas' next game against the Lions, head coach Brian Schottenheimer said the team is expecting to open his 21-day practice window on Sunday.
"We'd love to start his clock and get him going. I'm excited to see Trevon and how he looks and moves around..." Schottenheimer said. "I think you should expect us to do that for Sunday."
Schottenheimer added that the Cowboys will be off on Friday and Saturday before returning to practice on Sunday.

2:25 p.m. -- The Cowboys were hit with a good amount of injuries heading into, and coming out of their 31-28 win over the Chiefs on Thursday. The good news is nothing seems to be considered long term.
Head coach Brian Schottenheimer said on Friday that CB DaRon Bland was dealing with cramps early in the game, and left in the second half with a foot injury before ultimately returning for the end of the game. Fellow CB Caelen Carson was dealing with some soreness on the quick turnaround, and has a chance to play next Thursday against the Lions.
In the safety room, veteran Malik Hooker left the game with back spasms, according to Schottenheimer. The coach added "he should be fine" for next Thursday in Detroit.

11:00 a.m. -- After missing the last six games with a concussion and knee injury, the Cowboys should be getting CB Trevon Diggs back for next Thursday's road game against the Detroit Lions, according to Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones.
"He'll be on the field, wanted to be on the field last night, but he'll be on the field at Detroit in my view barring an [setback]." Jones said on 105.3 The Fan Friday morning.
Diggs is currently on injured reserve, so he'll need to be activated and return to the active roster which while require a corresponding move. His return comes at a good time for Dallas, who has won three straight games and has seen injuries recently at cornerback to Caelen Carson, who missed Thursday's game against Kansas City, and DaRon Bland, who missed some time in the second half with a foot injury but later returned.

8:12 p.m. - While his streak of 140-yard games ended, Pickens still had a productive day for the Cowboys, totaling 88 receiving yards on six catches, along with a 2-point conversion in the fourth quarter.
Pickens set a personal career-high with 1,142 receiving yards, eclipsing his 1,140 yards with Pittsburgh in 2023.
Pickens is currently one of two players (Jaxon Smith-Ngiba) in the NFL with over 1,000 receiving yards.

8:03 p.m. - Just like George Pickens is setting career-highs in receiving, Javonte Williams did the same on the rushing side.
Williams had just 59 rushing yards, but it moved him to 955, surpassing his previously high of 903 yards with the Broncos.
The biggest play of the game for Williams occurred in the passing game, when he caught a quick pass from Dak Prescott for a 3-yard touchdown, giving the Cowboys a 7-point lead.

2 p.m. -- Tyler Guyton suffered an ankle injury in the Cowboys' victory over the Eagles and, on a short week, was ruled out for the Thanksgiving bout against the Chiefs.
That means Nate Thomas will get the start at left tackle, and that's not the only position that will rely on a young player to step up and make an impact.
Caelen Carson also ruled out, with a hamstring injury, pushing more reps to rookie third-round pick Shavon Revel, who made his debut in Week 11.
Other inactives against the Chiefs include Jaydon Blue, Jonathan Mingo, Jay Toia and Perrion Winfrey.
