Mailbag: More Moves Before Training Camp?

Do you think the Cowboys will still bring in maybe one or two veterans for defense or offense? I know Eric Berry is still available, to name one. - BRYAN JUSTICE / RICHMOND, VA

Bryan: I sure don't. They're going to ride with this current roster into training camp and make an adjustment or two once they play a preseason game or two.

Rob: I'd be surprised if any moves of significance are made between now and the start of camp. They feel great about their depth and they'll see how things unfold in camp. Like all teams, final cuts around the league will present an opportunity to upgrade and/or add depth at certain spots.

If Robert Quinn and Maliek Collins play up to their preseason expectations and Trysten Hill plays up to his second-round status, where does that leave Tyrone Crawford? Thanks. - MARCUS WHITT / MULLENS, WV

Bryan: I wouldn't act like Crawford is not the starter at left end. I believe it's Quinn that's going to be the guy off the bench. Keeping him fresh and putting him in those nickel pass rush situations will be the key. Crawford will still see plenty of action.

Rob: I understand the question because Crawford has been moonlighting between tackle and end. Just remember, he quietly posted a career-high 5.5 sacks last year. The Cowboys value him as a run stopper and an underrated pass rusher.
