Jalen Tolbert joined the Dallas Cowboys receiver ranks following the 2022 NFL Draft as the most decorated offensive player in South Alabama football history, setting program records in receptions (178), receiving yards (3,140) and touchdown catches (22) during his playing career. Originally a third round selection (88th overall), Tolbert entered his rookie season with an opportunity to seize the third receiver role but was unable to gain any traction, playing in eight games with one start and recording two catches for 12 yards. He will look to make a significant jump in his second season after a full offseason of work.
